Product Details

4-Seat Electric Golf Cart / Low-Speed Electric Vehicle

The DIDIDEDE LS4 is a 4-seat electric golf cart built on a 48 V platform: a 5 kW AC asynchronous motor, a 48 V 400 A AC controller and a 9.6 kWh LiFePO4 battery (48 V 200 Ah) deliver up to 100 km of range and 20% gradeability. Four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes with regenerative braking, an independent front suspension and 205/50-10 tubeless tyres keep it stable with a full load of four adults and luggage. It is used on golf courses, resorts, campuses, industrial parks, airports and as a low-speed neighbourhood vehicle.

Key Features

  • 48 V 5 kW AC drivetrain – AC asynchronous motor with a 48 V 400 A controller; smoother and more efficient than DC series motors.
  • 9.6 kWh LiFePO4 battery – 48 V 200 Ah lithium pack, up to 100 km per charge, no watering or equalising maintenance.
  • 4-wheel hydraulic disc brakes – with regenerative braking for longer pad life and energy recovery.
  • Ride and load – independent front suspension, leaf spring rear, 400 kg payload and four forward-facing seats with a rear footwell.
  • Fleet charging – on-board 48 V 25 A charger, 8-10 h to full from a standard single-phase supply.
  • Options – 4 or 6 seats, roof, windscreen, golf bag rack, alloy wheels, solar roof and a road-legal lighting and mirror kit for LSV markets.
  • Container friendly – supplied as SKD, 6 units per 40HQ container.

Notes

Range and gradeability are measured on a flat paved surface with a 75 kg driver and vary with load, terrain and temperature. Road registration requirements differ by market – homologation is the buyer’s responsibility and the road-legal lighting kit is optional. Specifications are indicative and may be updated without notice; please request the confirmed build sheet before ordering.

Product FAQ

Where are 4-seat electric golf carts used?

Golf courses and driving ranges, resorts and hotels, campuses, industrial and logistics parks, airports, exhibitions and gated communities. The 4-seat layout with a rear footwell is the standard choice for guest transport, and 6-seat versions are available where more capacity is needed.

Can the cart be configured for our market and branding?

Yes. Seat count, battery capacity, body colour, wheels, roof, windscreen, golf bag rack and a road-legal lighting kit can be specified, together with OEM / ODM branding and packaging. Tell us the intended use, daily duty cycle and target price band and we will confirm the matching configuration.

How is the golf cart shipped and how many fit in a container?

It is supplied as SKD units packed for container shipment, with 6 units per 40HQ. Assembly and pre-delivery checks are supported with a build manual, and the battery ships as Class 9 dangerous goods with UN38.3 test reports and MSDS.
