Electric Cargo Tricycle SKD/OEM for Local Brands
Electric cargo tricycle SKD/OEM supply for local brands. Build a cargo vehicle programme for your dealers and customers around a defined platform, local branding and an assembly process your team can operate. DIDIDEDE supports the supply discussion from reference model through pilot approval and repeat orders.
The listed cargo tricycle is a reference configuration for project review. Confirm the vehicle specification, rated payload, operating conditions and available OEM options for the exact model before approving the production build.
Your brand. An agreed vehicle configuration.
Choose a reference platform, then review the OEM options available for that model. Confirm branding and assembly scope in the quotation before approving a sample.
- Brand presentation: review logo placement, colour, decals, labels and packaging artwork for your brand.
- Vehicle configuration: agree the motor, controller, battery, charger, brakes and market-specific equipment as one specification.
- SKD supply: define the parts supplied assembled or separately, the packing list and the operations your workshop will complete.
- Local service: agree the initial spare-parts list, technical documents, inspection records and after-sales responsibilities.
A reference cargo platform to configure
- 2000W motor – enough torque to move a full load away from a standstill on a slope without slipping the clutch or cooking the controller.
- 72V 100Ah lithium battery – about 7.2 kWh, reference battery configuration; changes require model review.
- 1000 kg maximum load on a 1600 x 1100 mm cargo bed – sized for standard pallets and crates.
- 4.00-12 / 4.50-12 tyres and drum brakes – commercial, cheap to replace and easy to service in any tyre shop.
- Supplied as SKD kits for container shipment, with battery capacity, cargo-box configuration and OEM options customised to order.

Plan the cargo vehicle and local assembly together
Agree the frame and body scope, cargo-box dimensions, rear axle, braking system, motor, controller, battery and charger. Define which assemblies arrive complete, which parts are fitted locally, the required tools and the final inspection sequence. Confirm payload and vehicle approval requirements for your intended duty and destination.
Include your brand artwork, preferred colour, target load, daily route, charging window, pilot quantity and expected order volume in the project brief. Discuss spare parts and the division of responsibility for supplied components, local workmanship and after-sales service.
From reference model to repeat orders
- 1. Share your brand brief. Destination, target customer, brand name, model reference, pilot quantity and expected order volume.
- 2. Agree the OEM and SKD scope. Review available changes, artwork, component configuration, kit breakdown and quotation.
- 3. Validate a pilot. Assemble and inspect the sample, record fit and functional checks, and close issues before production.
- 4. Freeze the repeat-order specification. Record approved parts, labels, packaging, inspection requirements and spare-parts arrangements.
Customisation availability, minimum quantities, development charges and lead times depend on the selected platform and approved scope. Local vehicle approval and customs treatment must be checked for the destination and actual kit.
