- The document lists 10 A standard charge, while the slow-charge table gives 4 A CC to 3.65 V with 1 A termination. The temperature table and cold-charge restrictions also require reconciliation; approve one charging/BMS profile for the exact batch.

How can I verify the model and batch before ordering?
Request the specification sheet and available batch or serial-number information for your selected model. For cell orders, ask for cell origin and grading data; for complete packs or vehicles, confirm the finished configuration and available inspection documents before placing the order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Do you support capacity grouping and PACK customization?

What is the delivery lead time and how are cells shipped?
Lead time is confirmed against model inventory and production scheduling, and the specific date is included in the quote. Cells are Class 9 dangerous goods and are shipped through qualified hazardous-goods logistics channels; UN38.3, MSDS and transport identification reports are available.
What certifications and test documents can you provide?
On request we can provide MSDS, UN38.3 test reports, transport identification reports, factory QC reports and batch consistency data. The exact document set depends on the model and the order requirements.
What are the warranty and after-sales policies?
The standard warranty for DIDIDEDE custom battery PACKs is 12 months or 1,200 cycles, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Branded original PACKs and special projects follow the terms confirmed for the specific model and supply batch in the quotation or sales contract. Cell warranty coverage and duration vary by brand, model and supply batch. Applicable terms will be specified in the quotation or sales contract before order confirmation. Manufacturer warranty coverage, where applicable, is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Cell cycle life follows the selected model specification and test conditions; it is a performance rating and does not extend the warranty. For other components, refer to the applicable warranty policy. If anything is abnormal on arrival or in use, keep the original packaging and batch information and contact our technical support team.
